We fix Northshore water

Blue Otter is a water filtration company on the Northshore, based in [Covington]. It started with an annoyance you might recognize: [the founder's own tap in River Oaks left white film on every glass, and every company that came out said the same thing: "hard water, you need a softener." The water tested soft. The film was silica and dissolved minerals, and a softener would have done nothing.]

That experience is the whole company. The facts about water are public: every water system publishes a real lab report every year. Almost nobody reads them. We read all of them.

So here is how we work, and you can hold us to every line of it:

Your neighborhood's report comes first. Before anyone visits, we pull the actual published data for your water system and go through it with you in plain English.

The price arrives in writing before any work. An exact, itemized number, fixed in writing. Changes happen only with your approval.

Licensed plumbers do every install. Water treatment ties into your home's plumbing, and we think the person cutting into it should be licensed to.

The numbers decide instead of a quota. If your water runs hard, a softener goes in your system. If it runs soft, it stays out of the quote. Same rule for every product we carry.

[Team names, photos, and license numbers here before launch.]

Ottie, the Blue Otter mascot

The otter? That's Ottie. Otters need clean water to thrive, and Ottie reads the water reports so you don't have to. He's the one walking you through your neighborhood's numbers on the home page, and his job is simple: show the data.

Serving Covington, Mandeville, Madisonville, Abita Springs, Slidell, Pearl River, Ponchatoula, Hammond, and the neighborhoods between. Bracketed details are placeholders pending confirmation.
